Alex Evans has been with Novell for over 8 years, starting his career in the European Support Center in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.  After 6 years supporting European GroupWise customers he moved to Provo, Utah, continuing in his role as a GroupWise Support Engineer and accepting the additional role of Development Liaison, working very closely with the GroupWise development team.  Alex worked briefly as a PSE for 4 of Novell's larger customers before becoming a GroupWise Product Manager. Alex is also a regular blogger on Novell CoolBlogs.
