Novell Teaming + Conferencing is the new collaboration product from Novell.  It includes both asynchronous and synchronous collaboration features such as document management, web conferencing, VoIP telephony, wikis, blogs, tasks, calendars and instant messaging. This session will demonstrate the installation Novell Teaming + Conferencing in all its aspects.

 

Learn how to:

• Install and configure Novell Teaming and Conferencing.
• Integrate it with eDirectory and GroupWise.
  
• Each attendee will perform an installation using the LifeRay portal, SLES and MySQL.
• An overview of the product architecture and all installation options will be presented as well.
  

 

By the end of the session users will have a working installation with the ability to do document management, add wikis, blogs etc, perform web meetings with desktop sharing, show presence and use the Pidgin IM client. The options for telephony integration will also be discussed.
