 During the GroupWise EMEA Summit we would like to treat you as much as a VIP as possible and therefore we've decided to make this an All Inclusive event. But what does that really mean? Does it really include everything or are there
any dirty details or small print that you should know about?
First of all, let's be honest: you always need to keep the TANSTAAFL principle in mind. The famous science fiction writer Robert A. Heinlein popularized this concept in his 1966 novel
"The Moon Is a Harsh Mistress", in which he mentioned " There Ain't No Such Thing
As A Free Lunch". And indeed, that's almost always very true (more
about TANSTAAFL on http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TANSTAAFL).
All of us involved in this event regularly visit many other events
and based on these experiences we like to offer you all the
basic elements of life that you definitely need: shuttle service, a
good night sleep, food & drinks and of course internet. In the end you pay for
what you get, so here's what your Full Pass for the GroupWise EMEA Summit will offer you:

Welcoming & Shuttle Service: after arriving at Zaventem Brussels Airport
on Sunday December 2 your GroupWiseR
representative will welcome
you and escort you to the train to Bruges. At the Bruges Train Station
our special shuttle will wait to take you to the hotel. In special
cases
the Shuttle Service can run on other days, please request here; |  |
On request, from
some locations in France, Germany and the Netherlands VIP Coach Services will be offered; |  | 3 nights in our event hotel in a Luxury 4-star Room,
from Sunday December 2 till Wednesday December 5 (checkout is at
11:00 AM). Additional hotel nights available at Special rates;
|  | Breakfast and Lunch on Monday till Wednesday; |  | Dinner on Monday and Tuesday, on request Dinner on Sunday as well; |  | Coffee, Tea, Soft Drinks and Refeshments during Labs, Lunch and Dinner; |  |

- Basically everything which is not mentioned above is not included;
- Obviously not included are Room Charges, including Drinks from the
(Mini) Bar, usage of the Internet in your Room and Telephone and Parking Fees.
