Installing GroupWise, that's easy. Backup your system.... that's another story. What's the best procedure to backup you GroupWise system? Sometimes creating a proper plan can be quite difficult, a "hell" for administrators. This session will deliver a lot of practical tips and tricks - of course you will also backup a GroupWise system running on NetWare, Linux and Windows with different tools and products. And last but not least: a proper restoring procedure is even more important!
During this Hands-On lab you will:
- Learn more about GWTSA, TSAFS, DBCOPY on different platforms
- You will backup (with all info you need) and restore a GroupWise system (on NetWare, Linux and Windows) with Veritas Backup Exec and/or CA Arcserve in relation with some tools that help you to create a save strategy
- Create an easy backup with snapshot and rsync
- Have a quick overview and your own live demo on how Reload can fit into your backup plan?
