Registering for our event is simple: just use our online registration system and we will send you an invoice. For a small additional fee (to cover the extra cost) we also accept all major credit cards.
As we value your participation of our event every registration will be taken care of personally by one of our team members and they will contact you as soon as they receive your online registration. |
Your Full Summit Pass is All Inclusive, so you do not need to book the hotel yourself. However, we do provide additional information for Special Needs (for example regarding your dietary needs or extra nights). Please note that all rooms will be booked as non-smoking. Have a look at this page for more information about available options.
| The Summit will be held in Brugge, Belgium and as part of our VIP - All Inclusive offer we will provide shuttle services to the main transportation hubs in the area. You can also easily reach Brugge by car from many countries, like France, Germany, Switzerland and the Netherlands. There are also many excellent train connections to almost every major city in Europe and the Zaventem Brussels Airport is close by as well.
